5K Heart & Soul Run/Walk
Donate your time either prior to the event or on the day itself. The 5K is schedulued for Saturday September 28th. Email us if you would like to volunteer with us!

If you want to Run or Walk in the 5K, and would like to fundraise for sponsors, print out the sporsorship form. Ask friends, family and coworkers to sponsor you. Turn in this form with the money on the day of the event. Must raise at least $30.00.
Raise more than $200.00 and you will be in the "Winners Circle".
